surfset® Pro Technical Information

Our surfset® Pro is a high strength, rapid cure polymer system designed for the fast turn around production of surfboards and wave skis featuring a flip time of 2.5 hours (depending on conditions)

epoxy and acrylic hybrid technology

Application Data:

  • Mix Ratio: 2 resin to 1 hardener by volume (100 resin to 44 hardener by weight)
  • Work Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Mixed Viscosity: 750mPas
  • Flip Time: 2.5 hours
  • Full Cure Time: 7 days 25°c 
  • Application Temperature: 5°c - 30°c
